We're in the home stretch......S is for Shopping Online!

Alright, this is probably going to come off sounding a little selfish and spoiled BUT this year I am more thankful than ever to be able to shop online!

I have not mentioned before now but I live just outside St. Louis where all of the Ferguson turmoil lies.  Although I am on the Illinois side of the river, we are still very much on high alert for disturbances during these hectic times.  I have typically been a Black Friday shopper but was just too hesitant this year for fear there would be some type of rioting at the malls.  So, I stayed home and shopped online from the comfort of my own home.  I must say, coming from a die hard Black Friday shopper, it was really nice getting some sweet deals while still in my pj's:)  The older my girls get, the more expensive their wishlists become, therefore, fewer things to buy.  This may be my future.  A couple of websites and a few items later and I'm done.  I never thought it would or could be this easy.  I may be a convert...we'll see next year.

Well, this is the last installment of Blog Hoppin's Week of Giving Thanks.  It's been fun and has really gotten me into a nice routine of blogging.  Next up, Farley's December Currently!  Can't wait!  I may just really get the hang of this blogging stuff:) Now, off to get out my Christmas decor!

  1. Shopping is my friend and enemy at the same time. How can something so wonderful hurt my wallet so badly? =P
